Background on the Dataset

The dataset that will be used for this hackathon is a 10X single-cell multiome dataset generated from isolated PBMCs from a human, healthy 25 year old female with granulocytes removed via sorting. More information on this data provided by 10X Genomics here.

The data in the link were exported as 3 Seurat objects:

• Multiome: pbmc_multiome.RDS
• Unpaired RNA (depaired from the multiome object): pbmc_rna_unpaired.RDS
• Unpaired ATAC (depaired from the multiome object): pbmc_atac_unpaired.RDS
